Unable to Tip Performers

This is ONLY if you are able to purchase content and subscriptions, but you do not see the option to tip. If you are unable to make any purchases, please search for your specific CARD DECLINED reason.

This usually happens for one of two reasons: 

1. If a tip charge gets declined by the bank, as a safety precaution to prevent a legitimate card from getting blocked, or to prevent an illegitimate charge from being defrauded. What I might recommend to keep this from happening again would be to call your credit card company and ask them to approve all charges from JFF Publications LLC. 

2. The other cause for this would be if your card information is not an exact match with the bank. Please check your address and last name under Account for your card information to ensure everything is correct so this prevents future problems.

We can fix this for you temporarily when you contact us directly at [e-mail] and let us know you can't tip performers. If you do not reach out to your bank, however, you will lose the ability to send tips again.
