All credit card responses come directly from your bank. We do not have control over these responses, but we can help you figure out how to resolve it!
If you receive the following error: Activity Exceeded
Unfortunately this error means that your card has placed a limit on the amount you can spend within a certain timeframe. This amount can change from one bank account to another, and it is not something that we can change on our end.
To resolve this issue, please try using a completely different card from a different issuer, try your purchase again in a few days, or you are welcome to use cryptocurrency under Credit Card/ Crypto Info on the left menu and Pay With Cryptocurrency.
Unfortunately, three declines when adding your card on the JFF side means you will need to wait 24 hours before trying to add a card again, so you may not be able to add it today, if you’ve already been declined three times. We are unable to override or unlock your account when this happens.
