If you receive the following error: Transaction Not Permitted to Cardholder OR Transaction Not Permitted
This error means that you are unable to use this card on the site. This can be for a variety of reasons, but the most common is that this particular card issuer does not allow the purchase of content from certain companies or points of sale.
To resolve this issue, please try using a completely different card from a different issuer, or you are welcome to use cryptocurrency under Credit Card/ Crypto Info on the left menu and Pay With Cryptocurrency.
Unfortunately, three declines when adding your card on the JFF side means you will need to wait 24 hours before trying to add a card again, so you may not be able to add it today, if you’ve already been declined three times. We are unable to override or unlock your account when this happens.
