Can't Update Card

If you are unable to update the card on your account with a new card, please double check the basics before reaching out to us so we can expedite the process and get you back to the performers you love! 

1. Ensure your email is verified by clicking Settings at the bottom of the left menu and selecting the menu for Account Info. There should be a green box that says "Your email has been verified".
 

2. Verify you are trying to update your card information under Credit Card/ Crypto under the left menu, then by selecting the dropdown menu for Credit Card Info. If there is a specific Decline message, such as Insufficient Funds, or Suspicion of Fraud, check our Help section for the specific error message you are receiving to see how you can remedy this. Keep in mind that certain card issuers, especially gift cards, do not allow ongoing subscriptions or subscriptions to porn sites, as well, so you may need to use a completely different card.
 

3. If you recently received a new card to replace an existing or expired card, please ensure you have activated your card before attempting to add it to your account. You can usually do this by following the instructions included with the replacement card, or by visiting the issuing bank’s app or website.

4. Please ensure you are using a Visa or Mastercard ONLY. Other card types do not allow charges from websites categorized as "pornography". 

5. If your account is new, or if you recently updated your email address, please try using a different email address from a different domain. Some email addresses simply don't work with JFF. We're working on this, but changing the email is the current workaround. DO NOT create a new account for this - please update the email address on your existing account under Settings at the bottom of the left menu!
