All credit card responses come directly from your bank. We do not have control over these responses, but we can help you figure out how to resolve it!
If you receive any of the following errors:
User Does Not Exist
Account (or Acct) Doesn’t Exist
Security Violation
This error means the bank is reporting the card as having incorrect information entered on the site. Please ensure you are entering the correct card number, last name as it appears on the card, and expiration date, as these are the most commonly mistyped areas when adding your card under Credit Card/ Crypto Info on the left menu. If it still doesn’t work, please try using a different card.
Unfortunately, three declines on the JFF side means you will need to wait 24 hours before trying to add a card again, so you may not be able to add it today, if you’ve already been declined three times.
In the event your card still does not work, we also accept cryptocurrency. You may add cryptocurrency to your wallet in the Credit Card/ Crypto Info under Pay With Cryptocurrency.
