All credit card responses come directly from your bank. We do not have control over these responses, but we can help you figure out how to resolve it!
If you receive the following error: Restricted Card
This means you can only use that card for certain types of transactions, and our website does not fall under that category. This is a policy with your bank which is out of our control.
Please try using a completely different card, or you are welcome to use cryptocurrency under Credit Card/ Crypto Info on the left menu and Pay With Cryptocurrency.
Unfortunately, three declines when adding your card on the JFF side means you will need to wait 24 hours before trying to add a card again, so you may not be able to add it today, if you’ve already been declined three times. We are unable to override or unlock your account when this happens.
