All credit card responses come directly from your bank. We do not have control over these responses, but we can help you figure out how to resolve it!
If you receive one of the following errors:
Insufficient Funds
NSF
This means the card is being declined by the bank due to insufficient funds. Please ensure you have the funds available for the subscription price plus the $0.99 fee that the bank will charge. If this message is in error, please reach out to your bank directly to resolve this. In the meantime, please try using a different card by adding your card under Credit Card/ Crypto Info on the left menu before trying to make a purchase.
Unfortunately, three declines on the JFF side means you will need to wait 24 hours before trying to add your card again, so you may not be able to add it today, if you’ve already been declined three times.
In the event your card still does not work, we also accept cryptocurrency. You may add cryptocurrency to your wallet in the Credit Card/ Crypto Info under Pay With Cryptocurrency.
