If you receive the following error: Policy Related
This error means the card is being declined by the bank due to a specific bank policy. This typically happens when the bank does not allow purchases for ongoing subscription sites, or when they do not allow purchases from porn sites. Please try using a different card, and ensure you add your card under Credit Card/ Crypto Info on the left menu before trying to make a purchase.
Unfortunately, three declines on the JFF side means you will need to wait 24 hours before trying to add your card again, so you may not be able to add it today, if you’ve already been declined three times.
In the event your card still does not work, we also accept cryptocurrency. You may add cryptocurrency to your wallet in Credit Card/ Crypto Info on the left menu under Pay With Cryptocurrency.
