All credit card responses come directly from your bank. We do not have control over these responses, but we can help you figure out how to resolve it!
If you receive one of the following errors:
Lifecycle Related
Expired Card
This error means the bank is reporting the card as expired. Please ensure you are entering the correct expiration date as Month/ Year when you add your card under Credit Card/ Crypto Info on the left menu. If it still doesn’t work, you may need to reach out to your bank directly to let them know the card is being reported as expired.
Unfortunately, three declines on the JFF side means you will need to wait 24 hours before trying to add your card again, so you may not be able to add it today, if you’ve already been declined three times.
In the event your card still does not work, we also accept cryptocurrency. You may add cryptocurrency to your wallet under Credit Card/ Crypto Info on the left menu under Pay With Cryptocurrency.
