All credit card responses come directly from your bank. We do not have control over these responses, but we can help you figure out how to resolve it!
If you receive the following error: Do Not Honor
To resolve this issue, please reach out to your bank’s fraud department and request that they approve charges from JFF Publications, LLC. Once you have done this, ensure you add your card under Credit Card/ Crypto Info on the left menu before trying to make a purchase.
Unfortunately, three declines on the JFF side means you will need to wait 24 hours before trying to add your card again, so you may not be able to add it today, if you’ve already been declined three times.
In the event your card still does not work, we also accept cryptocurrency. You may add cryptocurrency to your wallet in Credit Card/ Crypto Info on the left menu under Pay With Cryptocurrency.
