When trying to verify the email address on a new account, or when replacing an existing email address on your account and attempting to verify.
Please complete the following steps to try to resolve this issue:
- Log out of JustFor.Fans
- Clear your browsing data
- Close the browser completely
- Open a new internet browsing session and log into JFF
- Send a new email verification link
- Log into JustFor.Fans, then copy and paste the verification link from your email into the same window to verify your account
- If these steps don’t work, please try using a different email address
- If you are not receiving the verification link in your inbox, please check your spam/ junk folder. You may need to add system@justfor.fans to your safe senders list or contacts list so you can get emails from our automated system.
If you are still unable to verify your email after completing these steps, please reach out to us from the email address associated with your account and we will get you taken care of! Make sure you let us know you have completed this steps so we don't ask you to do them again!
