Technology has its' moments, and sometimes you may have trouble watching subscribed content or purchased media. Completing ALL of the following steps (preferably in order) will help to ensure you can begin enjoying your content again more quickly!
Will you please try the following steps before reaching out to support so that we can get this resolved for you more quickly:
1. Verify that you are currently logged in. If you don't see your current active subscriptions, you may have a second account (it happens to the best of us), so please log out and try logging in with a different existing email address. If you are logged in and see a currently active subscription, continue to Step 2.
2. Ensure your email address is verified by going to Settings at the bottom of the left menu and expanding the first dropdown menu. If it already says the email address is verified, continue to the next step.
3. Clear browsing history and cache/ cookies and ensure cookies are not turned off for your device. JustFor.Fans uses cookies to track who has paid for what, so your account needs those in order to load properly!
4. Log out of the site completely and log back in. Sometimes we all need a little refresh.
5. Try a different web browser. Some browsers have periodic updates that don't allow them to play certain media players or media types until a patch is released. If a different browser lets you play the content, you know it's a browser issue.
6. Check for any device or browser updates since some devices may be preventing you from visiting certain sites without updating.
7. Verify you are NOT using incognito or Private Browsing mode. If you are, you WILL need to request VPN access, per Step 8.
8. If you’re using a VPN or an Apple device with the Hide IP Address function turned on, you may need to apply for VPN use for the site here: https://justfor.fans/vpnrequest.php
