If you receive a Server or Network Failed error when attempted to access or navigate the site, this usually means the network is overloaded with people. Will you please try the following steps prior to contacting support:
If you receive this error on only one or two videos on a model's profile, but other videos play:
This means there was an error with the video itself and the model needs to re-upload it. Please reach out to the model directly to request they try uploading it again.
If you receive the error on all recent videos within a single model profile:
1. Log out of JFF, clear your browsing data or cookies, then log back in and try to play a video.
2. If you receive the same error, refresh the page and try pressing the play button again.
3. If you receive the error again, please do a Network Speed Test. https://fast.com/ is an easy site to use.
4. If your network speeds are OVER 25 mbps, try using a different browser and a different device and see if you have the same problem.
5. Ensure your device and browser are fully updated with any current software or app updates.
