If you are having trouble logging into your account, please try the following steps in order prior to contacting support:
1. Clear your browsing data
2. Close the web page completely
3. Open a new page and try to log in again
4. If you’re using an Apple device with the Hide IP Address function turned on, or a Google device with the VPN option enabled, you may need to apply for VPN use for the site here: https://justfor.fans/vpnrequest.php
*If you aren't sure where to find this setting, open your settings, and scroll down to check the toggle for VPN. If this is switched to the INACTIVE position, scroll down to APPS > locate and select the browser you are using (Safari, Chrome, etc.) > Scroll down to Hide IP Address to see if this is enabled.
5. If you are still unable to log in, please try sending yourself a one-time password using the "Forgot your Password? Get a one-time code" link, then go here to reset your password: https://justfor.fans/accountsettings
. *Please note, new passwords may take up to 30 minutes to reach your email, and the temporary password is only good for 24 hours.
**If you are not receiving any emails when you try to reset your password: Please add system@justfor.fans to your safe sender or contact list. We will not send you spam messages, but this should allow you to receive automated messages including password resets. Once you have done this, please resend the password reset and check your spam/ junk folders, just to be safe!
If you are still unable to login, please reach out to us at support@justfor.fans and include a screenshot with the error message you are receiving. If you have 2FA or PASSKEY enabled, you may need to verify additional information so we can assist you.
