Stop Recurring Payments or Cancel Subscriptions

To stop recurring payments, please unsubscribe from any subscriptions that you are signed up to.

To cancel the autorenew for your subscriptions:

1. Go to Subscriptions on the left menu

2. Under the Actions column, click Turn Off.

This will turn off autorenew for the selected subscription, but you will still have access to the content until the end of the billed cycle. 

***Please note that there is a very strict No Refunds policy for subscriptions that are canceled after the renewal period. Subscriptions renew at 12:01 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on the renewal date listed for that subscription. 

***One-Time purchases and custom videos will show a renew/end date, but this is only a place filler. You will continue to have access to this content after this date, as long as the model keeps it on the site.
