Did you have a subscription that was NOT canceled before midnight EST on your subscription renewal date?

Do you have a secondary account?
If you have another email address or a Twitter/ X account, you may have accidentally created a second account at some point (it happens to the best of us). Please check for a second account to see if you can locate any uncanceled subscriptions there.
- If you think you have a second account that you are unable to locate OR you have never heard of JustFor.Fans and need us to locate the charges, please reach out to our support team directly at support@justfor.fans so we can get some basic information from you and ask our bank to locate the charges.
- If you know your account email address and you see charges on your account for subscriptions that YOU did not subscribe to, please reach out to us directly from the email address associated with your account, along with the specific models that you did not subscribe to, and the date that the subscription(s) started. We may have some follow up questions, so make sure you add us to your safe sender list! Our email is support@justfor.fans
