2257 is a legal requirement for US producers, and this is not something JFF mandates or has control over. JFF cannot waive 2257, since it is a law. To ensure you are compliant with 2257 regulations, you would want to seek legal counsel.
However, in order to retain banking with Mastercard, we have to record consent documentation. This is not a law, but rather something Mastercard has mandated as requirement to use their banking services. (Visa is expected to follow suit.)
Your 2257 and model releases will suffice as consent, if you would like to upload them to us.
