What is a production?

A production is a project  in progress, or a group of videos that belong together (example: trailer, teaser, part one, part two, part three). 

Creating a production allows you to collect consent in advance of filming, or for multiple videos at once! 

To create a new production visit the “Productions” tab of your Media Center.

Click “New Production”, to open a pop-up.  Enter the name of your new Production in the text space, and click “Create Production”.

A new Production with your title should be generated.  

From here you can:

• click “Manage Consent” to add and manage Performers’ consent for this Production.  A new menu for the Consent Center will open.  Click “Add” to add individual Performers’ consent to the Production.  This menu functions the same way as adding consent to an individual video.

  Click “Add Videos to Production” to select existing videos to add as parts of this Production, by clicking on the plus sign next to the item you want to add to this Production.

• Rename your Production by clicking the “Rename” button
• Delete your Production using the “Delete” button——this cannot be undone, so you will need to confirm on the pop-up that this is OK.
