Do I have to go back and add consent documentation for videos I uploaded previously?

Legally, you have always been required to keep some records such as model releases and photo IDs to prove your co-model was over 18 at the time of filming.  So, yes—you DO NEED TO ADD CONSENT DOCUMENTATION TO CONTENT PREVIOUSLY UPLOADED.

All content has to have documentation added to it for all persons featured, including anyone masked, blurred, censored, obscured, only partially visible, or who is audibly featured.

Here is how to certify that you have those documents so our system can keep them active and available.

Visit your consent center (on the left-hand navigation menu, click "Consent Center.")

Click "Bulk Actions."

Click "Pre-October 15th, 2021 Content Verification."  

Fill out the form certifying your ownership of these records.

You can then use the Consent Center or Productions to add the consent for all persons featured to your scenes!
