How do I document consent for a video already published to my page?

Want to collect consent documents for videos already on your page or in your media center? 
Visit your media center from the bottom navigation menu.

From there, you can scroll down and find the video you would like to update consent for.  On that video, click “Gear” icon to open a side menu.

To Add Yourself (Your Own Consent):

Scroll down, and click on the green button labelled “Add Me To Video” to add your own consent to the video.  

To Add a Partner’s Consent:
Scroll down and click on the icon labeled “Consent" from the icon grid.

If you use Productions to manage consent, select the correct name from the drop down menu, and click the button labelled “Add to Production” to add the video.

To add individual consent for partners, click the button labelled, “Add”.  

This will open a menu with different options for adding the performer’s consent.

• If they are already a JFF model, click the icon labeled “JFF Model”. Type their name in the search bar, then click on them to add them to your movie. You can also auto-tag JFF models by @Tagging them in the captions of your posts!
• If they are not a JFF model, you can send them a consent request by adding their email address in the text entry field, after selecting the button labeled “Email"

• If you don’t have that information, you can add them manually by entering their performer name in the “Performer Name/Stage Name” field, then clicking “Add & Upload Documents.” That will open a new screen with a field for you to upload documents and files

  

Click on the field, and select your files to add them. Once they upload, the screen should change to show ‘Consent Completed’ next to the icon of the model.  

You can also use the “Previous” button in the Consent panel to add a performer you’ve previously added the documents for!
