If you've finished a custom video order:
- Go to "Sales" in the left menu.
- Choose "Custom" from the top bar.
- Click "Start Chat" next to the customer's name.
- Select “Add Photo/Video,” upload your video, then hit “Send.”
- Return to Sales > Custom.
- Click "Mark Sent" to add the funds to your PENDING FUNDS. Make sure to do this only after you’ve sent the video.
