How do I fill out a form W9 or provide my tax details?

If you are a US-based performer, we need a W-9 form on file to send your income statements at tax year-end. Non-US performers usually can skip this.

First, visit the verification page.

Enter your tax info, click "generate W-9," and our system will handle it. Verify your SSN by clicking "validate SSN."

For business tax info, include IRS paperwork like your SS4 confirmation showing your business tax ID.
